How far is it from Ekocamp to:

Montreal 75 miles (1½ hr. drive)

Toronto 419 miles (7 hr. drive)

Quebec City 169 miles (3½ hr. drive)

Boston 410 miles (7 hr. drive)

New York 444 miles (8 hr. drive)


Ekocamp is located next to the famous "Parc du Mont-Tremblant".

This enormous wilderness park is close to 1,500 square kilometers (580 squares miles) in size and includes 400 lakes and 3 rivers within its boundaries. Access to this environmental treasure adds exciting opportunities for Ekocamp.

From Montreal to camp
130 kilometers (82 miles)1 ½ hours (add ½  Friday afternoon)

Take the Laurentian Expressway (Highway 15), north, until the very end where it continues as Highway 117. Continue north on the 117 until you reach Saint-Jovite.

Do not enter St. Jovite; stay on the 117 for about 2.5 more kilometers ( 1.5 miles). You will see a Comfort Inn sign. Exit Highway 117 and follow the exit road to the stop sign. Turn left on Leonard Street (also known as route 327 South). Go under the overpass. Ekocamp is situated about 3 kilometers (2 miles ) from that stop sign, on the left-hand side of the road.

Arrival and Departure times

Camp starts each Friday and campers are normally expected to arrive between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. If you are driving your child to the camp, we ask you not to arrive before this time as many of the previous session's campers leave between 12 midday and 4:00 p.m.

Visiting the camp:
Parents are welcome to visit the camp (with a prior appointment).
